AS A CINÉPOLIS TEAM MEMBER, YOU ARE WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT TO US! • Be the protagonist of your own story by starting your career with Cinépolis • Learn key knowledge of the cinema exhibition industry • Use your skills to progress your career in film and cinema JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE PURPOSE Manages all aspects of Sales and Operations in all locations within the region by maximizing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing profit and loss, controlling expenses, and executing all policies and procedures in partnership with Human Resources. RESPONSIBILTIES • Maintains and demonstrates Cinepolis Core Values • Drives top-line sales via: Movie schedules, Per Caps and GSS results • Takes full ownership in Market Share results • Ensures aggressive Movie schedules are written with zero studio infractions • Manages seasonal increases and decreases in sales, staffing levels, labor and cost of goods • Maintains and improves upon guest satisfaction and employee happiness • Works with facility team to maintain world class facilities • Maintains and improves upon food and beverage quality • Works with Training Manager to ensure that employees meet Cinepolis training standards and metrics • Drives results through daily feedback and coaching • Leads manager and shift supervisor development for growth and sustainability • Manages staff and manager turnover • Competitively works to maintain and growth market share by venue • Works with HR team to interview and recruit management talent • Works with HR team to discuss venue concerns • Conducts quarterly Operational Audits and reports findings to departments heads. • Maintains the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities • Provides effective coaching and delegation to management team with timely follow up • Motivates and supports all General Managers • Supports marketing and local business promotions as needed • Assists Department Directors with weekly calls regarding the company initiatives • Provides effective direction to managers regarding operational and procedural standards • Conducts timely performance reviews with management staff • Ensures on-going staff development and assists staff in developing for various advanced positions • Assists venue managers and drives Top 5 goals • Aligns venue managers with brand goals and direction WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reviews Market Share Report with General Managers • Reviews upcoming expected sales with General Managers • Ensures underperforming GSS venues are submitting action plan on time • Ensures that pars are aligned with expected sales for next 4 weeks • Reviews Movie schedules. Ensures proper house placement, start times, number of shows • Monitors KPI’s throughout the week and effectively communicates with General Managers • Monday Admin: Visits locations throughout the rest of the week and works shadow shifts with managers • Performs and post Popcorn Reviews • Ensures venues are following proper training practices JOB DESCRIPTION • Ensures weekly payroll is accurate across the locations • Reviews Budgets throughout each month with each GM • Ensures that GM's are managing cost throughout the P&L: Office Supplies, R&M, Chemcials, etc...
